Refund policy

Made-to-order items
Every Dopey Drongo product is custom-printed to order specifically for you. Because of this, we're not able to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind — including ordering the wrong size. Please check our size chart carefully before ordering.

When you are entitled to a replacement or refund
We will offer a free replacement or a full refund (your choice) if:

• your item arrives faulty or with a printing defect,
• you received the wrong item or size (i.e. not what you ordered), or
• your item was damaged in transit.

To claim, contact us via our Contact page within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number and a photo showing the issue. We'll assess it and get back to you promptly.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Shopify Payments. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
