These Terms of Service govern your use of dopeydrongo.com and any purchase you make from Dopey Drongo, an Australian sole trader business (ABN available on request). By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About us
Dopey Drongo sells custom-printed, made-to-order apparel. Every item is produced specifically for your order once payment is received.

2. Products and pricing
We try to display our products and pricing accurately, but errors can happen. We reserve the right to correct any pricing or product errors, and to cancel and refund any order affected by such an error before it ships.

Because our products are custom printed, small variations in colour, placement, or print finish may occur between what's shown on screen and the final product. This is a normal part of the printing process and is not considered a fault.

3. Orders and payment
By placing an order, you're making an offer to buy the product(s) at the listed price. We accept your order once payment is successfully processed via Shopify Payments. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, for example if we suspect fraud or cannot fulfil the order — in which case you'll receive a full refund.

5. Returns and refunds

6. Intellectual property
All designs, artwork, logos, and content on dopeydrongo.com are owned by Dopey Drongo (or used under licence) and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, or use our designs or content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse our website — including attempting to interfere with its operation, using it for unlawful purposes, or attempting to resell our products without our agreement.

8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Dopey Drongo is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our site or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order will apply to that order.

10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
