Where we ship
We currently ship within Australia only. We do not offer international shipping at this stage.

Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated by order weight at checkout. Most single-item orders ship for $12.50 AUD. Larger or heavier orders (multiple items, or a hoodie) step up to the next real weight tier — the exact cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Made to order — please read before ordering
Every Dopey Drongo item is printed to order. We do not hold ready stock, so your order goes into production only once you have paid. This means turnaround time is production time plus delivery time — not same-day dispatch.

Production typically takes a few business days before your order ships. Delivery time is additional to this and depends on your location. During busy periods (new releases, public holidays, etc.) production may take a little longer — we will let you know if there is a significant delay.

Hats and accessories — longer delivery window
Tees, hoodies and crops are printed locally in Australia and ship in a few business days. Hats and accessories (e.g. the Drongo Dad Hat, Plugger thongs) are produced by a different partner and shipped from overseas, so please allow up to 3 weeks for these items.

If your order includes both a tee and a hat/accessory, they will arrive as two separate parcels with two separate tracking numbers — do not worry if one arrives well before the other, that is expected. Shipping is charged per shipment, so a mixed order will show two shipping charges at checkout.

Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as each parcel leaves for delivery.

Lost, delayed, or damaged in transit
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time, or arrives damaged, contact us via our Contact page with your order number and we will sort it out.

Incorrect delivery details
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer, though we will do what we reasonably can to help.
